We hope you love every Lorzano item you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange your purchase in accordance with our policy.

All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all labels and accessories attached
  • Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
